Refunds & Exchanges

Defects / Wrong Items

We only accept refunds/exchanges for items found to be defective or incorrect within a period of 7 days from the arrival date of gift.

Delivery & Shipping

Incomplete / Incorrect Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or additional costs, which the customer must cover. If a package is returned due to such issues, the customer will also be responsible for any re-delivery fees.

Corrections After Order Confirmation

If incorrect shipping information is discovered after order confirmation, customers must notify us immediately. While we will make our best effort to amend the details, we cannot guarantee changes if the order is already processed or dispatched.
